With PDFCreator you are allow to create PDF documents in a few steps. The free application installs itself as a printer in all Windows programs. PDFCreator works as a virtual printer that instead of sending your documents to a physical device that prints them onto paper, actually sends them to a virtual driver that converts them into PDF. After that you are allowed to play with that PDF in sense of manipulating it.
This trick can be any document as a PDF file to print . If you want to convert a web page, Word document, or any presentation into a PDF file, you use the normal print function of the program. There you can choose instead of the usual printer from the entry PDFCreator. Similar to other printing processes are PDFCreator from the image or document as a PDF file. PDFCreator's optional server installation mode can act as a network printer but we chose the standard installation which includes some optional downloads such as Images2PDF and PDFArchitect plus some sample files and our choice of language and Help files. We choose all the extras and options to add the tool to context menus as well as the Print menu. If you can print a document then you can use this tool so far. The steps are the same with a screen full of fields to let us easily add Title, Keywords, Author and much more. You can also edit a document's creation and modify dates or instantly add the current date and time of it. Once you're finished with this you can print, save or e-mail your newly created PDF file.
PDFCreator installs itself very quickly and without problems in Windows systems. The quality of the prints leaves nothing to be desired.
